Cold Comfort Here in the Cafe

The aspen leaves have dropped along with the temperatures but it's mighty snug here in the Cafe, which is why you ought to be here. Plus, you get to yack with all your friends and neighbors, so we're kind of like a community service!

On Friday, November 2nd, Chill House will be at the Cafe from 6 - 8 pm. And if there's one thing you need to do when it's getting warmer every day, it's CHILL. Hot music that makes for a cool evening.





Friday, November 9th, Ancient Bones will play from 6 to 8 pm. He's a lot more modest than you would think with a name like that.

Tuesday, November 13th, Pretty Silly Eptes, 6 to 8 pm. will be performing. It's going to be a howling good time.

On Friday, November 16th, Scott and Joey will be at the Cafe from 6 - 8 pm.

We're feeling the heat outside but everything's cool inside the Placitas Cafe. The vibe is mellow, the beer is cold, and the locals are friendly. And the outside patio in the evening is sublime. Come down and see for yourself. We'll save you a seat.



On Friday, June 2nd, Sage will be performing from 6 - 8 pm singing some fine contemporary and traditional music along with a bit of country and light rock.

Friday June 9th,  Haiku Cowboys will be performing from 6 to 8 pm. Their foot stomping desert rock will have you on your feet...wear your good boots.

On Friday, June 16th, RockZonE will be at the Cafe from 6 - 8 pm. If you don't fall for their music, you must not be in the zone.





On Friday, June 23rd, the Old & In The Way will be at the Cafe from 6 - 8 pm. They play familiar songs from the 60s-70s- and 80s from lots of genres. They don't look that old but look again -- they are blocking the damn door!
