Snow Is In the Air...And There's Some on the Mountain

No accumulation yet below the foothills but there's still time to get a frosting to liven up the junipers and prickly pears. Whatever the weather, the Cafe is the ideal place to while away some quality time. Breakfast, lunch or dinner, we have all the ingredients you need to feel good, plus live entertainment (besides John's act).

Friday, December 7th, The Weather Band, 6 to 8 pm. will be performing. The should take the place by storm. That's my prediction.

Tuesday, December 11th, Curry & Springen, 6 to 8 pm. will be performing. See if they can spice up the place.

On Friday, December 14th, the Old & In The Way will be at the Cafe from
6 - 8 pm. They play familiar songs from the 60s-70s- and 80s from lots of genres. They don't look that old but look again -- they are blocking the damn door!





On Friday, December 21st, RockZonE will be at the Cafe from 6 - 8 pm. If you don't fall for their music, you must not be in the zone.






On Friday, December 28th, Chill House will be at the Cafe from 6 - 8 pm. And if there's one thing you need to do when it's getting warmer every day, it's CHILL. Hot music that makes for a cool evening.

Fall Is In the Air...Wait -- Those Are Balloons!

Get here when we open and you can still see some hot air balloons drifting up the Rio Grande valley. No way to beat that view, especially since the aspens have started to turn up on the Sandias. No better place to be than the Placitas Cafe!


Friday, October 5th, The Grove will play from 6 to 8 pm.

Tuesday, October 9th, Singing Coyote Sisters, 6 to 8 pm. will be performing. It's going to be a howling good time.
