Show Your Independence –– Eat and Drink at our Local PLACITAS CAFE

You can celebrate our independence day in a lot of ways, but what could be better than showing that you support independent restaurants like the Cafe that's right here in Placitas. Forget the chain restaurants, come on down to the Cafe where everyone knows your name (or we make up one that we think suits you).

Friday July 1st, No Band. Everyone's talking about them, no one has heard them.

Friday July 8th,  Haiku Cowboys will be performing from 6 to 8 pm. Their foot stomping desert rock will have you on your feet...steel-toed boots optional.



 
Tuesday July 12th, 6 to 8 pm., Straight Jack. It has something to do with all the same suits, but they don't wear suits. Or maybe there's a guy named Jack Daniels. Not sure. Come down and see for yourself.



Tuesday July 15th, Amistar. 6 to 8 pm. Here's another chance to satisfy your curiosity. We can't tell you any more than that.

On Friday July 22nd, 6 to 8 pm. Claystone, the musical duo of Kent Gurle and Doug Davidson, will be performing their acoustical harmonies.



 
On Tuesday, July 26th, Olde & In The Way will be at the Cafe from 6 - 8 pm. They play familiar songs from the 6os-70s-and 80s from lots of genres. They don't look that old but look again -- they are blocking the damn door! 

On Friday, July 29th, Bohemian Sol will be at the Cafe from 6 - 8 pm. and they can heat up your rhythm while you still stay cool.
